TodoTrail is a visual task-route planner. The product stores account information and the route content you choose to save so that your daily trail can be restored across sessions and devices.
We collect only the information needed to provide the service, protect accounts, respond to support and product feedback, and improve the reliability of the product.
Account information may include your email address, authentication provider, registration time, and last sign-in time. If you sign in with Google, authentication is handled through Supabase Auth and Google's OAuth flow.
Product information includes the routes, task titles, notes, task positions, completion states, and dates you save in TodoTrail. Feedback information includes the category, subject, message, account email, and submission time for notes you send through the feedback page.
We use your information to sign you in, save and load your TodoTrail routes, maintain product security, investigate errors, respond to feedback, and prioritize improvements. We do not sell personal information.
Product feedback may be reviewed together with account and usage context so that we can understand whether an issue is isolated, repeated, or related to a particular workflow.
TodoTrail uses hosted infrastructure providers to run the product. Supabase provides authentication and database services. Vercel provides application hosting and deployment infrastructure.
These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services to TodoTrail. We do not allow third parties to use your TodoTrail content for their own advertising.
Route data is retained while your account remains active or until it is deleted through product or support processes. Feedback messages may be retained after review so that product decisions have a clear history.
If you need account or route data deleted, contact us through the feedback page and include enough detail to identify the account. Do not include passwords, API keys, or other secrets in any message.
You control what you enter into TodoTrail. You can edit or remove task content in the app, sign out at any time, and request assistance with account data through the feedback channel.
Browser settings may allow you to clear local storage or cookies. Clearing them may sign you out or reset local preferences such as your saved canvas view.
For privacy questions or data requests, use the feedback page. If your note involves sensitive security information, keep the message factual and avoid including credentials or tokens.
